Shipping policy
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after they have been processed.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:
- High order volume or high-demand products
- U.S. or international (including China) holidays
- Weather conditions
- Customs inspections or carrier delays
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information (when available). Please allow carriers time to update tracking details.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Pluggedinpronto is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
